Dr. Kai Lorentz – New Technical Director

 

We are pleased to announce a new member of the Kubald Team. Dr. Kai Lorentz has joined us as of today as our new Technical Director.

He will be responsible for all technical and production issues, and will contribute and support the tasks around procurement and all matters arising out of the ISO 14001 process.

Kai was born in 1969, and after his studies to an Industrial Engineer and Master of Economics, he has worked for 3 years for his family business in the milling industry. After that he moved on to the Fraunhofer Institute for 5 years and then to a global operating german electrical connectivity OEM Weidmüller as Head of Product Management, before he took new tasks with a machinery builder for foodstuff packing solutions.

After some time there he took the opportunity to join us. With his skills he is a valuable addition to Kubald and our commitment to serve our customers 100 % right first time.
